Even when everything seems to be going wrong, keep your head up - if you were born to do something, if you follow your path and keep your oath, you will find a way.
Most trucking fans agree that Cab & Trailer is the highest form of trucking in the world. That being the case, non-articulated trucks are a part of that world and as such, deserve respect, and in some cases, adoration. Most people know the DFT-30 as the flatbed workhorse of the trucking world. A COE (Cab-Over-Engine) configured, non-articulated truck most commonly seen as a flatbed hauler. Pictured above is a DFT-30 outside of the Camel's Toe Casino. What most people don't know is that the DFT-30 is the undisputed Stunt King of the trucking world. Despite what would seem like a non-aerodynamic appearance, the DFT-30 is an impressive flyer. A DFT-30 pictured in the wild cutting through the sky above the Old Las Venturas Strip. Here is a new generation - another man that is born2truck. This nameless road-wanderer seems to be a fan of fine German beverage known as Pißwasser . For this entry born2truck will be doing an evaluation of the MTL V24 Supercharged Packer ; pictured here with a sea container-style box trailer. Here is a shot from the inside of the cab of the Packer. Notice the integrated electronic management system, significant communications and radio setup, as well as large, easy-to-read dials. The Packer has some feet and doesn't mind minor off-road adventures. Seen here near the coast at sunrise. Like most cabs, the Packer is most at home on the blacktop. Sometimes the life of a trucker will bring them in contact with wildlife, like this cougar. In a off-road stress test, born2truck encountered some issues with the Packer and trailer retention. Despite some rough turnovers in testing, the safety systems of the Packer kept born2truck safe.
